Yesterday, I wrote about our visit from our college friend, Sara Wevodau. Today I’ll post pictures from our “field trip” to Shelby Nature Park. We feel so fortunate to live nearby such a beautiful natural space, and we love sharing it with visitors! The girls found all kinds of sweet treasures. We even got to witness a huge Heron catching fish on the lake. It was a beautiful day. I didn’t have our big camera, but luckily Josh had his iPod and captured a few sweet moments.
The next morning we said goodbye to Sara–who did cartwheels on the front lawn with the girls. She is their new superhero! We love you Sara! There is always an open invitation for you here at Mighty Oak Academy:)
